La red de Centros Cívicos y Culturales es un importante y maravilloso tejido, de unos 20 espacios, que el Ayuntamiento de Santander dispone para la reunión y el disfrute de todos los vecinos.

Son espacios socioculturales, polivalentes, de carácter público, ubicados en los distintos barrios de la ciudad y abiertos a todos.

Estos centros están en el corazón de los barrios.  Los vecinos acuden a ellos para encontrarse y para realizar  todo tipo de actividades culturales, sociales, formativas y recreativas sin tener que desplazarse de su entorno.

Son, además, espacios de encuentro para la cultura, lugares de libre transmisión e intercambio de conocimientos.

No podríamos hablar de un Encuentro con los vecinos de Santander si no vamos a ellos…

The network of Civic and Cultural Centers is an important and wonderful net, of about 20 spaces, that the Santander City Council provides for the meeting and the enjoyment of all the neighbours.

They are sociocultural spaces, polyvalent, public, located in different neighbourhoods of the city and open to all.

These centers are in the heart of the neighbourhoods. The neighbours come to them to meet and to perform all kinds of cultural, social, educational and recreational activities without moving from their environment.

They are also meeting spaces for culture, places for free transmission and exchange of knowledge.

We could not talk about a meeting with the citizens of Santander if we do not go to them...
