Este maravilloso edificio perteneció al antiguo depósito de la Tabacalera. 

Este espacio fue rehabilitado y reformado por el Ministerio de Cultura de España en el año 2010 para albergar la Biblioteca Central de Cantabria de la Dirección de Cultura del Gobierno de Cantabria.
Es un espacio destinado a conservar y difundir el Patrimonio Bibliográfico y toda la producción impresa, sonora y visual de Cantabria.

Su magnífico hall central y sus dos hermosas Salas de Exhibiciones serán los espacios destinados al evento de Libros de Artista y a las  exhibiciones de grabado y Otras Disciplinas de los delegados de Impact 10 Encuentro.

This wonderful building belonged to the old Tabacalera warehouse. This space was rehabilitated and reformed by the Ministry of Culture of Spain in 2010 to house the Biblioteca Central of Cantabria of the Direction of Culture of the Government of Cantabria.

It is a space destined to conserve and spread the Bibliographic Heritage and all the printed, sound and visual production of Cantabria.

Its magnificent Central hall and its two beautiful Exhibition halls will be the spaces destined for the Artist´s Books event and Print and Other Disciplines Exhibitions of the Impact 10 Encuentro´s delegates.
