LIU SIU JANE obtuvo su licenciatura en Bellas Artes en la Universidad China de Hong Kong 1976, luego estudió en la escuela de arte de St. Martin, Londres y la Universidad de Illinois en Chicago, M.F.A. Enseñó grabado en las universidades. Actualmente es la Coordinadora y tutora del centro de artes visuales de Hong Kong

En 2000, puso en marcha el 'Art Horizon taller de grabado' para promover las actividades de grabado y la investigación.

Ha participado exposiciones en Hong Kong y en el extranjero.

Sus obras son recogidas por museos locales y extranjeros.

LIU SIU JANE achieved B.A.degree in Fine Arts from The Chinese University of Hong Kong 1976, then she studied at the St. Martin’s School of Art, London and the University of Illinois at Chicago, obtained the M.F.A. degree (Printmaking).

She taught printmaking in universities. Presently, she is the coordinator and tutor at the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre.

In 2000, she set up the ‘Art Horizon Printmaking Workshop’ to promote printmaking activities and research.

Liu has participated in numerous exhibitions in Hong Kong and overseas. Her works are collected by local and overseas museums, art institutes, universities and private collectors.
