Catherine Bebout is Professor of Art and Director of Printmaking at Montclair State University, New Jersey.

She has had solo exhibitions in China, India, Canada, and New Zealand and nationally in multiple venues. Bebout is a recipient of numerous grants including a Fulbright Senior Research Scholar to India, Individual Artist Fellowship Grant from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and research grants in printmaking from the Canadian and Belgium governments.

Her work is in collections at the New York Public Library, the National Museum of Women in the Arts, and Musee’ des Beaux Arts, Antwerp, Belgium.
